This 2008 Sundance by Heartland trailer has been hardly used and inside is smoke & pet free. We didn't get to go as much as we wanted so up for sale it goes. This is an unusual 5th wheel because it has 2 bathrooms, tall ceilings for the big guy, ceiling fan, central heat and air, queen bed in master, day/night window shades, couch/bed, outside shower with a door straight into the back bath in case you are at the beach, you get it :) We have added things like vented vent covers, wheel blocks, etc. It is 33'8" but the slot only let me insert a whole number. In full disclosure the stickers are coming loose/fading in the front & some of the plastic covers on the left side need to be replaced. I have the catalog just have not done it. We will be glad to answer any questions you may have as I do not sell these for a living I probably am not going to answer all the pertinent questions, so again please ask. 2008 Heartland Sundance, 2900RK. 31ft with two slide outs. Everything works great! A/c Blows ice cold and the furnace works wonderful (propane- comes with 2 tanks). I have resealed most of the outside, the roof is in great condition, No LEAKS!! There is normal wear on the carpet which could be replace easy or just steamed cleaned. It has two gray water tanks, one black water tank and a fresh water tank. Its 30 amp service. Just replaced the fuse box. Fridge works on either propane or electric. Tires are in great shape and the electric brakes work great. Can sleep up to 4 people. Queen size bed and a full size pull out in the living room. Skylights were recently replaced.
