Job Duties
  • Provides strategic and operational guidance on human resource issues
  • Promotes effective employee services and programs that foster an employment environment which builds a climate of excellence and engagement for all employees
  • Leads initiatives and programs that create and foster a productive and inclusive environment in which university employees can work and thrive, with an emphasis on career ladder development, engagement, and employee development
  • Fosters and maintain collaborations and partnerships between the division and faculty, staff and student representatives in teaching, training, mentoring, and development of all Texas A&M University employees
About Me

Hobbies include running and rowing, trout and bass fishing and various "handyman" projects. I love watching MotorTrend TV and wishing I could restore and modify cars like the pros.

My work puts me in contact with people of many backgrounds and experiences and I enjoy listening and learning from them. I also enjoy weekend farming and ranching activities on our family farm.

My family keeps me busy outside of work, but if they let me, I will spend all Saturday watching college football. And please remember, do not schedule events during A&M football games.

Outside of that, I enjoy tackling home and auto repair projects often requiring more skill than I have - fond memories of both the successes and massive failures.
